Registration and Expense Reimbursement

• ARRA will reimburse the reasonable travel and lodging expenses of speakers who, by invitation of ARRA, participate in ARRA-sponsored programs, and who meet the criteria for ARRA Affiliate membership.
• ARRA will not reimburse the expenses of speakers who meet the criteria for ARRA Regular or Associate membership.
• All speakers at ARRA-sponsored programs shall receive complimentary registration.
• All ARRA-sponsored program participants, other than speakers and invited guests, shall pay the appropriate registration fee.
• There shall be no partial registration fees for any ARRA-sponsored program.
• If registration cancellation is necessary, ARRA will refund registration fees in accordance with the following schedule:

Registrants who do not attend the meeting will not receive a full refund (minus the $15 processing fee) unless the ARRA headquarters office has been notified of cancellation plans at least two weeks prior to the first day of the meeting. "No shows" will be charged the full registration fee.
