Guidelines for Committee Chairmen

• Discretion should be used in all phases of planning, conducting, and promoting ARRA programs; effort should be made to maximize results at minimum expense to ARRA.
• Program chairmen shall make every effort to secure suitable speakers, giving due consideration toward keeping necessary expense reimbursements to a minimum.
• ARRA shall reimburse the program chairman for reasonable planning, organizational, and promotional expenses.
• In the event a question should arise regarding registration or expense reimbursement, the program chairman shall respond in accordance with the ARRA Policy for Registration & Expense Reimbursement.
